- Use your own payment page. Your payment page shows the payment details and the exact amount for your order. Only use the details on your own order's payment page. Techalls will never send you payment details by chat, DM or email.
- Pick the right network. In your wallet or exchange app, choose the same coin you picked at checkout. Send on the exact network shown on your payment page. Sending on any other network can mean losing your funds.
- Send the exact amount shown on the payment page, not the cart total. At checkout we add a few small fractions to each order's amount so we can match your payment to your order. Don't round it. If your exchange charges a withdrawal fee, make sure the amount that arrives is still the full amount.
- Pay before the timer runs out. Your payment page shows how long you have left. Your amount is locked and your items are reserved while the timer runs.
- Keep the page open. It updates on its own once your payment is confirmed on-chain.
